Cellulase is one of the most widely used enzymes in industrial world and wastes decomposition process. Bacillus cereus bacteria that can produce cellulase hydrolyze cellulose to glucose. The addition cofactors incubation time help determine optimum conditions needed by work optimally. This study aims effect adding Mn2+ metal ions activity from endophytic bacteria. research experimentally a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial design with two factor treatments 3 times repetitions. first variation which are 5 mM, 10 15 second 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours. data were analyzed using Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) if significantly affected parameter, then it would be continued Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) fault level 5%. result showed interaction enzyme highest obtained mM hours an 0,335 U/mL, while lowest 0,073 U/mL
